If cancellation is advised more than 2 weeks before the booked arrival date, the cancellation fee is $50.00. |

If cancellation is advised within 2 weeks of the booked arrival date, the cancellation fee is the full deposit. |

If cancellation is advised on the day of arrival or there is no arrival, then the cancellation fee is the full booking amount, which includes the deposit plus the balance due. |

daily or additional room servicing will be charged $55.00

| • Check-in time is from 2:00pm on day of arrival. |

| • Check-out time by 10:00am on day of departure (fees apply for late departure). |

allowed - due to health regulations. |

| • Rates are subject to alterations without notice, but once a deposit for a booking has been received, they will not change for that booking. |

| • Management reserves the right to terminate a booking at any time, this action would result from misconduct by any guests (or friends of guests) associated with escessive noise, damage or discomfort of other guests. |
